We’re delighted to share that applications to become a mentor or mentee for the 2026 Prospect Mentoring Scheme are now open.
Over the past five years, hundreds of PR and communications mentees across Singapore, Hong Kong, London, and Dubai have taken part—learning from industry leading mentors, building confidence, and finding clarity on their next steps. None of this would have been possible without the generosity of our mentors and the commitment of our mentees.
What’s new in 2026
This year, we’re making one important change: a smaller, more focused cohort.
Mentees will be carefully selected to ensure they’re fully committed to the programme and ready to make the most of their time with a mentor. Our goal is for every mentor-mentee pairing to be meaningful and rewarding.
We’re looking for both:
- Mentors: experienced PR and communications professionals happy to share their insight and support the next generation of PR & Communications talent.
- Mentees: early to mid-career PR and Communications professionals who want guidance, perspective, and support as they grow.
What’s involved
The programme runs from March to August 2026. You will be required to:
- Meet your mentor/mentee for a minimum of one hour per month either virtual or in-person
- Mentees to attend three mandatory group drop-in sessions with Emma to support your mentoring journey. This is not mandatory for mentors, but encouraged.
- Ongoing check-ins from me to make sure everything is running smoothly
