This is a great role for an established Social Media Manager to join a huge global business as part of the communications function, with a clear ambition to make social and digital channels a core part of the way they communicate. It’s a business that works on some of the most pressing and topical issues around, from the role of businesses in society, to reducing carbon and supporting communities and economies.
Effective social media is a vital part of their commitment to engaging with these stakeholders and leading on these issues. This role is responsible for the planning, creation and regular posting of content, working on the Sustainability and Workplace topics. As social media manager, you will have the opportunity to shape, build and execute global campaigns as part of the central communications team that develops, coordinates, and executes corporate communications across numerous markets worldwide. You will be responsible for ensuring that comms are relevant and engaging, and that the impact and outcomes are in line with the wider communications targets. It’s working in a B2B environment so we would love to see people who have a background and proven experience in this area. You will be able to develop relationships with influencers, advise on paid social and have the ability to analyse and evaluate performance across all platforms with which the business engages.
