This is a newly created in-house role in one of the world’s leading tech conglomerates operating in the social media, entertainment, gaming and fintech markets.
They are looking for a Public Affairs Manager to join their Global Public Policy team based in London, and are keen to meet people who understand the challenges of working in a global, multinational, business environment. The role is varied but exists to support the business, providing thought leadership across varying issues from IP to entertainment. You will have a deep understanding of the UK political landscape as well as broader geopolitical challenges & be required to work closely with, & engage industry partners and associations while formulating advocacy plans that identify issues, stakeholders, timelines for action, and communication opportunities to drive positive results, and monitor progress.
There is a lot to do as the business seeks to grow it’s presence in Europe and while there is a need for some travel, the role is based remotely in London. If you have been working in public affairs for a large tech business, or have been in agency and looking to try your hand in-house, this is a really interesting organisation to work for and who look after & reward their teams well.
