This is a great role to be heading into the New Year with. We are working for a pretty well-known social media app, famous for music and dancing, to help find a Music Communications Manager for a 6-9 month gig.
The scope of the role is quite extensive; reporting into the Music Comms Lead and working in partnership with the European music ops teams, you will have responsibility around developing proactive PR campaigns and building the music narrative with key stakeholders as well as packaging existing stories so the individual markets can then amplify them. You’ll be developing relationships with relevant media of course; consumer and music but beyond that, there will be an opportunity to really share and develop the music story. It means that while we would love to talk to people with amazing contacts, we also need people who are all-rounders. Practitioners who are comfortable with this space but can approach it from different angles. Someone who understands how to develop and tell a story and appreciates how this part of the business integrates with the wider consumer and entertainment operation.
