You don’t need to already be famous in that space, in fact all we need someone with the right approach – that anything is possible and incredibly curious. You will need to have a track record of being the ‘ideas’ person of course because in this newly created role you will be doing just that; working across the agency portfolio, you will lead the thinking, help to interrogate a client brief, pull together stellar ideas for pitches and being across the whole creative piece. Reporting to the agency founder this is such a great opportunity for someone who wants to make their mark in this area.
