Fantastic opportunity for a budding Corporate Affairs Executive.
Reporting to the Group Director, Corporate Affairs and ESG, the Corporate Affairs Co-Ordinator will support the Corporate Affairs team, helping to operationally support efforts on internal communications, external affairs and corporate digital properties. They will help to promote the brand and business through storytelling via various channels, including website, intranet and social media.
The role is responsible for helping to manage digital and brand assets, collecting new media assets and monitoring performance across digital channels (website and social media). The role also supports storytelling across the business, helping to source, write and publish internal stories. It will also help support event and budget management across the teams, supporting with video production, Town Halls and others communication events.
The ideal candidate will be very customer-service focused, and have demonstrated the ability to plan and organise projects and processes. They will be able to build relationships quickly, be inquisitive and approachable, and be able to handle multiple time-bound deadlines.
The role will work closely with members of the Corporate Affairs team and senior leaders across HR, Legal, Finance and the Business Units. It will also support colleagues in different ‘volunteer’ networks, both virtually and in-person/on-site.
Based in the London office in Covent Garden. Currently operating a hybrid working model.
