Currently looking for an Associate Director or in their terms a Client Relationship Lead, you’ll have a whole menu of responsibilities:
Leading client activity
With double digit years of experience, you will be adept at identifying the needs of your client’s brief, providing counsel, pushing back and listening when required. You will take on board not only what is a good idea but also the risks attached to it and will ensure your plans are in line with business objectives. You’ll be great at up-selling and will always be on the lookout for new revenue streams.
Being a Team Leader
Running a portfolio in excess of £500K you will manage an efficient team, be responsible for day to day out puts and account profitability. You’ll be a guardian of quality and will be a mentor and an inspirational leader.
The successful candidate will be:
A strong collaborative team player who leads by example. You’ll be able to work across a range of industries and will champion insights and original yet relevant thinking.
