That managing the reputation of consumer facing businesses often requires a multi-pronged approach often covering internal communications planning, issues and crisis management, stakeholder engagement, social and national business media communications.
You will be used to acting as the main contact for clients, taking a 3-6 month view on plans an ensuring your team is equipped with enough market knowledge and capacity to deliver effective comms.
