At SAD level here, you need to be happy taking the lead and most definitely a problem solver. While support is always on hand, at this level you need to be leading from the front and demonstrating what an all-round practitioner you can be. We would love it if you had consumer tech experience of course, but more importantly than this we need a stellar client handler; someone who can bring clients along with them, can speak up and not be afraid to push back a little and provide senior counsel when required. After all, you are the expert.
