A contract role with a well-known financial institution to drive communications to its diverse workforce for the upcoming bank-wide transformation campaigns.
This is a 12-month contract role with potential for renewal. You should have 4 to 6 years of experience in Communications, preferably with some in an agency environment. Understanding of technology or financial services industries will be an advantage.
In this role, you will get to work with different business units who are working towards a common goal of making banking fun and seamless through its forward-thinking technology-driven initiatives. You are encouraged to be creative and innovative in ensuring the content appeals to employees, helping them embrace the changes.
You must have strong English and good copywriting skills; comfortable with fast-pace; confident in leading communications campaign planning and execution; strong in stakeholder engagement; and can manage vendors who will support you in the creation of visual assets.
Besides a competitive base salary, there will also be a 1-month completion bonus upon completion of the 1-year contract.
