This is a 1-year full time contract position with a well-established financial institution that is constantly pushing boundaries in a fast-evolving banking landscape.
You will be part of a forward-thinking team that is helping to ensure employees within the organisation are equipped to embrace changes in using technology, processes and systems. Successful adoption of change is closely tied to user engagement. As such, you will need to possess the know-how of a project manager and a data-driven storyteller.
You need to be a strong project manager who is able to see end-to-end from strategy, implementation to measurement, while simplifying content, ensuring it is appealing and easy to understand for employees. This is an individual contributor role that has the support of a broader team. You will need to be independent, resourceful, and have a solutions-driven mindset. You will also need to be comfortable with managing senior stakeholder and multi-team engagement.
Strong command in English language is required as copywriting will be part of the job requirement. The company adopts a hybrid working arrangement where you will be required to be in the office (located in town) a few days each week.
Apart from a competitive base salary, there will also be a 1-month completion bonus after 12 months. The full time contract is subject to renewal after 12 months.
