For more than a decade, Prospect has taken the pulse of the PR and communications industry with our annual State of the Industry review. We’ve borne witness to significant changes in attitudes and culture that embody the fast-paced, dynamic industry to which we belong.

This year, we’re taking a close look into the skills most in demand, compensation levels and the impact of the economic downturn on our industry. And you can have your say by taking part in the Prospect State of the Industry survey [Asia; UK].

Here are three reasons why your participation in the survey matters:

  1. Fair pay across the industry: employers are unsure if they’re paying fair market rate, and employees always wonder if they’re under-paid. Your input will help us to create a fair and level playing field for everyone in the industry.
  2. Job security and growth: as business priorities shift, the demand for PR and communications offerings change. Your input will help us predict which sectors are likely to experience growth in the year ahead and ensure you are best placed to capitalise on these opportunities.
