We’re Prospect, a global recruitment business that’s been matching top PR & Comms talent with ambitious companies for over 23 years. With offices in London and Asia, we’re now growing our presence in Dubai and the UAE and we’re looking for someone already in the region who’s up for the challenge.
You’ll be our person on the ground, so you’ll need to be driven, proactive and full of ideas. This is about building something real, not just about KPIs and micromanagement. You’ll have the freedom and opportunity to really own this, with support and training from an experienced team that’s got your back & wants you to succeed.
We want someone who knows the local market, understands the culture, and of course if you speak Arabic, that would be a huge plus. Someone who can hustle when needed, but also be a trusted adviser to clients and candidates alike. You’ll be part of a well-known brand with a strong reputation in the PR & Comms world, and there’s real opportunity here to grow with us. We are looking at established recruiters who understand how it works, but also delighted to speak with people from within the industry, who still want to utilise their network and knowledge but perhaps just outside the craft of PR.
