Managing Workplace disruption during COVID-19

Posted by Prospect‘s Asia Pacific Team

Communications is playing an essential role in helping organisations and employees make sense of the new business environment. With the mass transition to working from home, and the subsequent phased return, the impact of COVID-19 on how we think and feel has impacted the workplace in a major way. Internal Communications and Employee Engagement have never been more critical to business as employees look to their employers for guidance and support.

Prospect and PRCA were delighted to be joined by industry leaders from around the region who shared their experiences managing internal communications and employee engagement during the global pandemic.

Following the discussion, the panel fielded questions from attendees on what makes communication authentic, how to avoid fatigue from over-communicating and how communication professionals can deepen their influence within their organisations, among others.
