Embark on a self-discovery journey to unlock a more confident self
Do you feel a sense of dread or fear when you’re asked to present in front of clients? Or struggle to speak up and express your point during meetings?
For some of us, it can be quite challenging to pick up the confidence we need at work. Although that may be disheartening, it definitely doesn’t mean that you’ll never be able to feel like a girl boss at work. Sometimes, all we need is a little guidance and push to reach our potential. So if you’re looking to boost your confidence at your workplace (or even in life), here is a helpful workshop that can guide you through the tips and tricks on how to be a more confident you!
The Female Confidence Booster is a three-hour Zoom workshop held by certified Executive Coach and Founder of Transform, Emma Dale, on practical, bespoke strategies that can help build your confidence. Happening on 19 October, 2:30PM – 5:30PM, this workshop provides an intimate and safe space for a maximum of 6 female participants to share their individual experiences and grow together through the planned curriculum.
Some of the topics that will be covered during this workshop include understanding your strengths and acknowledging your career achievements, managing your inner critic, and skills on how to expose yourself to experiences outside of your comfort zone. Executive Coach Emma is renowned for being encouraging, insightful and considerate with her clients to provide a safe space to get the most out of her workshop.
Besides the three-hour workshop, you will also receive a workbook outlining personalised strategies to use to attain your goals as well as one follow-up personal coaching session with Emma. You will also be granted access to The Female Confidence Booster online network – women supporting women through their growth and peer support.
The workshop is priced at SG$510 — you can sign up and find out more information on the Transform website or by emailing Emma directly.
Emma Dale is a certified coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL) and the Founder of Transform.
