PROSPECT GETS ACQUAINTED WITH CALCOT MANOR

Kettle bells are our best friend but we have to say that what we discovered in December 2013 has well and truly lifted the bar. Introducing….Calcot Manor.

By now you’ll have read the blog by PT extraordinaire Rebecca Cox which provides vital tips for assessing your own fitness and also some great insight in to keeping your team fit and therefore your profits healthy. If you haven’t read it yet, January is the perfect time to: read it here.

At Prospect, we’re not afraid of donning our lycra and getting gritty in the gym or on the Common. Kettle bells are our best friend but we have to say that what we discovered in December 2013 has well and truly lifted the bar.

Introducing….Calcot Manor.

If, like us, you’re in need of a little boost this January then what are you doing reading this? Book a little stay at Calcot and you’ll soon feel revitalised. We were lucky enough to spend a night there for our Christmas party.

We were welcomed by the smell of a hot tub, strategically situated next to an outside log fire. Inside we were blown away by the spa treatments available. Aromatherapy Massages, Rodial Facials, Reflexology, Wrinkle combs –well, you get the idea. and for those of you who really have pledged to do more exercise this year there’s an indoor pool ideal for lengths and a great little gym and studio too.

After all that hard work, you’ll be in need of Calcot’s dinner menu, filled to the brim with locally sourced produce from both land and sea.

The bedrooms, situated in the main manor, would not be out of place in a Living etc feature. They were faultless yet cosy enough for you to feel like you didn’t need to tip toe around.

We really can’t rate Calcot Manor highly enough and think that their mid- week deal is just too good to miss.

Please go, have a dip in the hot tub for us and of course, don’t forget to take in a box fit class.
