We are looking for a great SAM/AD to join an independent, management owned, mid-sized agency based in central London. They work with big brands and brands with big ambitions across well-being, lifestyle and technology sectors. This role would primarily be focused on consumer health and well-being accounts, clients include a global consumer health giant, a European industry association in the food/nutrition space and an award winning health wearable.
Acting as the day to day account lead and client relationship manager across a number of accounts
Managing delivery of client programmes including planning, content development, media and influencer relations activity, measurement and reporting
Developing campaign ideas and producing high quality content, often covering complex subject matter
Issues management including drafting messaging and statements and managing media enquiries, often within tight timeframes
Managing, supporting and coaching junior team to ensure delivery across accounts
Supporting directors with business development across existing and prospective new clients
The right candidate will have relevant experience in consumer health/well-being sector and be comfortable dealing with nutrition/science content, a good understanding of the media and influencer environment and a sense of what makes a good story, strong writing skills and excellent attention to detail. It’s also important that they enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have a calm, confident approach to client handling and team management.
