The agency is based in East London and delivers stand-out cross channel campaigns across Creative & PR, Digital & Social and Events & Experiential, interlacing cultural and artistic influences into everything it does.
We are seeking candidates who are culturally connected, highly creative, charismatic and with a love of new business and pitching. You will be able to put together stunning and strategic presentations, be a great team player and able to manage clients brilliantly. As well as the above, you will also have
- Strong track record of delivering coverage and a bursting black book of contacts
Track record of development and delivery of creative campaigns
Hit the ground running with a clear ability to build rapport quickly with clients, demonstrating a consultative approach
Experience in pitching & winning new business
Team building & staff development – show experience of running team members appraisals, dealing with team issues and ensuring HR processes run smoothly
Budget management and commercial awareness
Confident networking and communicating with Board members and Senior client contacts
Impeccable oral and written communication skills
