They work with global brands for the products that they produce, guided by bespoke insight and research, carried out both externally and internally.
Due to new opportunities in the marketing organisation, they are looking for a Senior PR Manager to report in to the CMO and manage a network of global agencies alongside a UK based team.
Working alongside your colleagues in brand comms, social, digital and creative along with the channel and product teams and the brand partners, you will be fully responsible for developing the communications strategy and messaging to support the product portfolio; from launches at events such as MWC and IFA, to product reviews to ambassadors and in life stories.
With a budget in excess of $1m, you will plan and develop the strategy and work alongside your agency partners to execute your global plans. You’ll work closely with the c-suite and investors and advise them on how best to leverage their business plans from a comms perspective and will also horizon scan and manage any possible crisis’ and issues.
With an in-depth understanding of the consumer technology space and ideally some mobile device understanding you will be used to juggling multiple projects and be competent in navigating multiple stakeholders. With the understanding that in-house and agency worlds differ, you will be keen to understand the challenges and get under the skin of the marketing strategy of one brand. You’ll be inspired by their mantra to be ‘different by design’ you won’t be scared to push boundaries and will be confident leading the board room conversations.
