This newly formed organisation is the result of an amalgamation of 6 financial bodies. With a membership of over 300 businesses which sit in the retail, mortgage and banking space they work closely with government to ensure they are raising standards across the industry. Their 20 person external communications team is almost up and ready and just needs a few more people to complete their offering.
Sitting specifically in the content team the digital and social media manager will manage the organisation’s online reputation, both externally and internally you audience being customers, members and colleagues.
Currently with very little social and digital presence this opportunity is ripe for someone who is up for getting involved with a business in it’s infancy and is keen to make recommendations on direction. You’ll take a proactive role in identifying external and internal social opportunities and you will be able to consider both the corporate and consumer message when developing your strategy.
Candidates will be used to working with multiple stakeholders and enjoy working in a mission led environment.
