Leading luxury brand consultancy is looking for a Global Account Director to be responsible for all aspects of service delivery for one of their key clients.
Focussing on the Asia marketing in particular, you will lead development of new and innovative service initiatives to drive member satisfaction and client retention. In this client facing role, you will have in-depth understanding of service planning and operations, client relationship management, commercial planning, employee development and performance management. Your key responsibilities will be lead on service strategy and to oversee service delivery, working with teams in all locations to ensure client needs are met and understood at a very high level. You will be a true trusted partner to the client.
In order to be successful in this role, you require 10-15 years experience from a brand consultancy, leading teams to deliver the highest service to HNWI’s across multiple markets for a leading brand. Extensive APAC experience, client servicing skills and a knowledge of consumer engagement and luxury service operations will be required.
