This fast-growing marketing automation and data-driven content marketing consultancy is looking for a bright, switched on Client Services Manager to join the team.
Your key responsibilities will be developing and implementing digital and CRM strategies for clients across the APAC region. Working with teams in both Singapore and Hong Kong, you will work very closely with the Managing Director, ensuring high-level of customer service and the delivery of relationship marketing solutions.
This role is responsible for leading all aspects of a client relationship, sales, delivery, client satisfaction, retention, and profitability to the business. You are required to manage the day-to-day progress of your client’s projects, and work closely with the solutions services teams to ensure first-class and punctual production of the deliverables, milestones and associated tasks. You must also be able to effectively leverage working relationship across the client’s internal and external stakeholders, including collaborating with other agencies to support client work as needed.
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in client management for marketing services and excellent project management ability. This role offers a lot of autonomy, so you need to be a self-starter and be constantly thinking of new ideas for clients. There is a requirement to ‘think on your feet’ and deliver logical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills for clients. Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is essential.
