    Your role will be to build and protect brand reputation, making a positive impact on the local society and communities where the business operates. As team leader, you will manage the external relations resources and budget for Thailand, and develop the team’s talent and capabilities. 

    Responsible for the brand/reputation management, media relations, issues and crisis management, corporate communications, social performance and investment, and external stakeholder engagement of the company, you will also be responsible for managing internal communications and work closely with other business functions such as government relations to mitigate risks and issues that potentially impact the company’s reputation. You will also partner with the business to bring in the external insights and intelligence, to ensure informed decision making, and to position the company strategically within Thailand and the region.

    Key requirements:

    - Experience from large and complex organizations/multinationals in Thailand, or with global/regional working experience, with oil and gas, automotive or resources sector experience preferred;

    - Excellent communicator; proven verbal and writing skills (English and Thai) with ability to distil complex issues into key messages; and desire to come up with new business targeted creative solutions in communications;

    - Knowledge of social media and using technology for messaging
