Did you know that Prospect has launched its sister company; Prime? Prime offers HR services and consultancy to the PR industry. Prime was launched in response to the paring back of HR investment by many agencies, and to offer support to agencies without a dedicated HR function.
Research carried out by Prime highlighted the fact that many staff have been ‘sitting tight’ until a time where the job market and economy show signs of improvement and that many felt that their welfare was of little importance to their employer. The impact of people leaving will be enormous. In an already candidate and talent short market, the cost will not only be a monetary one. There are the knock-on effects of replacing people and the risk of clients following personnel out of the door.
