Having been through various recruitment agencies, coming to Prospect was a breath of fresh air. From the first meeting they understood what I was looking for in a new role and provided me with solid advice and ideas to work with. They made suggestions in line with my requirements and only ever pitched me to suitable companies. When they approached me about what became my new role they fully briefed me on both the company and the job so I knew it would be right for me to apply for.
The recruitment process was a complicated one involving phone interviews with staff in the US and face-to-face interviews in London, as well as several other elements, all of which Prospect organised with confidence and understanding. When I had queries they were able to answer them; when I needed support they provided it. I am sure that they contributed greatly to me eventually getting this role as I was able to prepare fully for each step in the process.
