I've recently looked for an Account Manager role in London and made enquiries with at least five different recruitment agencies. Prospect was by far the most impressive out of everyone I dealt with. Ellie carried out a very detailed interview over the phone with me, which enabled her to build an excellent idea as to exactly what I was after. She started immediately to find suitable roles (within the same day!), all of which I was interested in taking a look at. Other recruiters didn't want to start finding job roles until they'd met me face-to-face, asked me change my CV slightly etc - all of which was delaying my time - I needed to find a job within a month!! Many recruiters can be very pushy, Ellie definitely wasn't - she was down to earth, honest and just gave good, sound advice and was lovely with it too! Ellie was responsive over email and always got back to voicemails very quickly - she also expressed great knowledge of the PR job market in general - she clearly knew what she was talking about, which gave me a lot of confidence in her.
Prospect in the end, did place me in my new job and it's worth saying that Ellie was highly talked of too by my new employer in the interviews.
